WE’VE ALREADY NOTED THAT HIGHWAY 11 WORK IN ROSEAU WILL BEGIN JUNE 2, HOWEVER, WORK ON HIGHWAY 11 IN OTHER SPOTS WILL BEGIN THIS COMING TUESDAY, MAY 27. FOR WARROAD IT WILL INCLUDE A TRUCK DETOUR THAT USES COUNTY ROADS 9 AND 12. ALSO, WORK SOUTH OF INDUS WILL START TUESDAY. THAT WILL BE DONE UNDER TRAFFIC, SO MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO USE CAUTION AS THEY WILL HAVE SINGLE LANE TRAFFIC IN ALTERNATING DIRECTIONS USING PORTABLE TRAFFIC SIGNALS.
IN A SPECIAL APRIL WARROAD SCHOOL BOARD MEETING, THEY FORMED A COMMITTEE TO LOOK INTO POSSIBLE MISCONDUCT AND A VIOLATION OF THEIR POLICIES. THE BOARD RELEASED THIS STATE, “The board is actively investigating recent claims of misconduct through a special committee.
This investigation was initiated due to concerns raised about potential violations of our policies
and standards. At the conclusion of the committee meetings, performance evaluations will be
conducted with those necessary, based on the recommendations of the committee.

A memorial service will be held at 11AM with a visitation one hour prior on Tuesday, May 27th at the Helgeson Funeral Home in Roseau for Frank Tesarek Jr., who passed away on May 18th at the Warroad Senior Living Center.
