NOT MUCH HAS CHANGED IN A NORTHWEST MINNESOTA FLOOD FORECAST. THE LATEST FROM THE TWO RIVERS WATERSHED DISTRICT YESTERDAY, SHOWS THAT THE TWO RIVERS AT HALLOCK IS EXPECTED TO CREST ON MONDAY AT 805.5 FEET, THAT IS STILL .5 FEET BELOW REACHING MODERATE FLOOD STAGE. THEY DO SAY AND WARN THAT SOME OVERLAND FLOODING AND ROAD OVER-TOPPING WILL BE OCCURRING AND MOTORISTS SHOULD BE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR ROADS THAT ARE IMPASSABLE.

THE ROSEAU EAGLES AUXILIARY ARE PLANNING FOR THEIR ANNUAL SPRING SOUP AND SALAD LUNCHEON ON THURSDAY, APRIL 27. THEY WILL SERVE FROM THE ROSEAU EVENT CENTER FROM 11:00-1:00, DINE-IN OR TAKE-OUT. COST IS $10 PER MEAL, WITH PROCEEDS GOING TO LOCAL CHARITIES.

A FORMER BAGLEY SCHOOL RESOURCE OFFICER HAS PLEADED GUILTY TO ADDITIONAL SEXUAL ABUSE CHARGES. 35 YEAR OLD NEIL DOLAN IS ALREADY SERVING A 10 YEAR PRISON SENTENCE RELATED TO SEXUAL ABUSE OF STUDENTS THAT WENT ON FROM 2016 TO 2020 IN CLEARWATER AND BECKER COUNTY. THE NEW CHARGES STEM FROM THE ABUSE OF THREE STUDENTS, AGED 13 AND 14, AT BAGLEY HIGH SCHOOL FROM 2016 TO 2019.

A MOORHEAD MAN IS DEAD AFTER A CRASH INVOLVING A TRAIN BETWEEN PILLAGER AND BAXTER. AN INVESTIGATION IS ONGOING. THE DECEASED WAS IDENTIFIED AS 53-YEAR OLD LANCE KEITH BEACHEM.

A GRAND FORKS HERALD STORY LOOKS AT WORKFORCE SHORTAGES, WORKER RETENTION, HOUSING SHORTAGES, AND CHILDCARE SHORTAGES FROM A THIEF RIVER FALLS AND DIGI-KEY PERSPECTIVE. RESURFACING AND CULVERT REPLACEMENT ON HIGHWAY 32 BETWEEN GREENBUSH AND MIDDLE RIVER.
RESURFACING ON HIGHWAY 2, WEST OF BEMIDJI NEAR WHERE HIGHWAY 89 INTERSECTS.
A MAJOR HIGHWAY 11 RECONSTRUCTION THROUGH WARROAD PLANNED FOR THIS SUMMER HAS BEEN DELAYED, AND WILL NOT HAPPEN THIS YEAR.
