A MEMORIAL SERVICE FOR CHARLOTTE KOEHMSTEDT OF STRATHCONA WILL BE HELD TOMORROW (10:30 AM) AT ST JOSEPH’S CATHOLIC CHURCH IN MIDDLE RIVER. CHARLOTTE PASSED AWAY MONDAY AT THE AGE OF 74.
