MINNESOTA’S NEW BLACKOUT LICENSE PLATE HAS BEEN POPULAR DURING IT’S FIRST 3 MONTHS OF AVAILABILITY. SO FAR, APPROXIMATLY 50,000 OF THE PLATES HAVE BEEN SOLD, AND THEY EXPECT WITHIN THE YEAR TO SELL AROUND 160,000 WHICH WOULD MAKE IT THE STATES MOST POPULAR SPECIALTY PLATE.
