A FUNERAL SERVICE FOR FRANK HOMME OF SALOL WILL BE HELD THURSDAY (4 PM) AT HELGESON FUNERAL HOME IN WARROAD WITH VISITATION AN HOUR PRIOR. INTERMENT WILL BE AT NORLAND CEMETERY IN SALOL. FRANK WAS 71.

THE BODIES OF A MAN, WOMAN, AND TWO DOGS WERE FOUND IN A RURAL RESIDENCE OUTSIDE OF DETROIT LAKES. AUTHORITIES FELT THERE WAS NO ONGOING THREAT TO PUBLIC SAFETY. IDENTITIES WERE BEING WITHHELD AND THE CASE REMAINS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
